Fried French Beans

Fried French Beans

Serve: 2 persons
 timebox: 20 minutes(preparation + cooking)

Ingredients:

  • 8 French Beans ,slice diagonally
  • 1/4 carrot, peel and cut into think strips
  • 2 garlic, finely diced
  • dried shrimp , rinsed & soaked for around 10 min
Seasonings:
  • 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • pinch of Salt

Instruction:
 1. Heat wok with oil over high fire. Then Stir-fry garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant.

2. Add carrots and stir-fry for a minute before adding the french beans

4. Add some water, salt and light soy sauce.

5. Simmer for 3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through but remain crunchy. Add oyster sauce.
6. Served
